A 14 year old girl presented with recurrent attacks of bronchitis with allergic rhinitis. Nose obstructed especially at night. Dry cough at night which wakes her. Attacks of difficult respiration which are further aggravated by walking and ameliorated by bending head forward. Wheezing during expiration. Asthmatic attacks precipitated by cold drinks and strong odors. Feels better by sitting. Have multiple freckles on the face.

All these complaints are occurring once or twice a month from childhood. Taking anti-allergic tablets and inhalers continuously but whenever she has an asthmatic attack, she has to take some antispasmodic drugs for bronchial spasm and sometimes rush for nebulization.
