A Case of Left Sided Diplopia with Headache

A 28 year old female B.Laxmi, has Diplopia in left eye, from more than 6 months, has consulted many ophthalmologists without any improvement, no pathological cause detected. Pain in left side of head, on waking up in morning. Has desire for lot much salt in food. Pain in canthi of left eye. Always want to keep close the left eye, and keep it close by hand all the time, keeping close ameliorate.

Repertorization in Radar

GENERALS - FOOD and DRINKS - salt – desire
GENERALS - CLOSING - Eyes - amel.

HEAD - PAIN - morning - waking, on
HEAD - PAIN - accompanied by - Eye – complaints

EYE - PAIN – Canthi
EYE - CLOSING the eyes - desire to

VISION – DIPLOPIA

Nat Mur 30  TDS for a week.


August 24, 2010

Head pain improved.
Diplopia , can not say if any improvement, like as same.


Prescription

Natrum Mur 30 TDS for a week


September 7, 2010

Head pain improved much more.
Diplopia, very little improvement.

Prescription

Natrum Mur 30 OD for 15 days


September 24, 2010

Patient says double vision is improved almost 30%, it does not remain all the time now, as it was earlier.
Head pain better but still there.

Prescription

Sac. Lac . for 15 days.


October 16, 2010

Very much better in Diplopia and Headache.

Prescription

Sac Lac for 7 days.


October 23, 2010

Diplopia better but Head pain from sun heat, when expose to sun.

Prescription

Natrum Mur 30 TDS for 7 days.


November 3, 2010

Patient says all my complaints are 75% improved.

Diplopia and Headache are very less, not daily.


Prescription

Sac Lac for 15 days.


November 17, 2010

Patient is 95% improved.
In last 15 days only once she faced mild Diplopia and Headache.


Prescription

Sac Lac for 15 days.


December 3, 2010

Patient has got rid off all the symptoms.
Not a single attack of symptoms in last 2 weeks.

Prescription

Sac Lac for 15 days.

Advised to discontinue medicine after it.


February 24, 2011

Patient came for coryza and cough on change of weather and reported no complaint of Diplopia after that last prescription.
